Need to know:
- 2 hour class (drop off)
- Ages 4-12
- Decorate 3 sugar cookies to take home with them
- Spend time playing in themed sensory bins
- Make a playdough jar to keep
- Create a themed craft

MINI & ME SESSION
You and your mini are invited to a gentle yoga and sensory play class. Designed for little ones ages 5-10 and their parent/caretaker, this fun-filled experience includes 30 minutes of yoga and 30 minutes of sensory play and scented playdough jar creation.

TWEEN SESSION
This class is uniquely designed for tweens (ages 10-13) to engage in the fundamentals of yoga, mindfulness, and the power of positivity. It includes 30 minutes of gentle yoga and 30 minutes of creative time, crafting an essential oil roller and affirmation cards
